Advisor: David Cohen joins the advisory board. David is an accomplished entrepreneur with a rich background
in marketing strategy and business analysis. He was a pioneer in early wireless application technologies and works with companies
to promote growth and innovation in web, speech, and human factors.
Engineering: Harold D. Bray will lead the technical staff as Chief Architect. Harold is a gifted developer, a
superb mentor, and has anchored many engineering teams and startup companies. He has an extensive background in communications,
fault tolerant platforms, real-time processes, core systems, architecture, frameworks,
methodologies, and languages. Harold has over 25 years of successful experience as consulting engineer, co-founder,
principal architect, and CTO for companies such as Loral Defense Electronics, Cox Cable Communications, Scientific Software
(developer of Network Express), DISC Access Products Group,
HyperNet, Inc., IRT/Rockwell, PierceTech, and Online Banking Solutions. In recent years, he has focused his ultra-high integrity data processing and transport skills
in the banking industry.
Business Development: M. Sean Smith has literally grown up in the voice industry with diverse experiences including Engineering,
Support, Operations, and Sales. He has managed not only small, nimble teams in startups and consulting firms, but also large
teams such as the Speech Technology department at Delta Airlines. Sean was responsible for all design, development, deployment,
and support of the high volume and high availability IVR solutions including legacy, next-gen, and hosted platforms for Delta, Delta Express,
Song, and ASA. His
technical expertise and industry contacts are uniquely suited for his role as Director of Channel Sales and Business Development.
